临汾旋转式制粒机

一、用途说明

1、本机型是根据ZL-250A旋转式颗粒机的原理改进后，专门针对小型制剂及实验室而生产的。

2、本机是由摆线针轮减速机带动十字碾刀旋转的机型，它适用于中药制剂，麦芽乳品，固体饮料的制粒，更合适对于压片机压片后不规矩的片剂粉碎，达到重新压片的小颗粒。

3、它不适合于半固体、浆状或有强粘性物料的制粒。

4、该机与物料接触部件，全部采用不锈钢制成，外表不锈钢板封闭，保持清洁保养方便。

二、结构特征

1、本机上部为制粒部份，它主要有十字碾刀、筛筒、防尘罩等主成。各种部件全部采用不锈钢制成。

2、本机下部为传动部分，主要有电机、摆线针轮减速机、磁力启动器及按钮开关等主成。本机器操作简单，运转平稳，清洗方便，不会混药，药物不受污染。

3、随机配带筛筒一只，规格有￠1.5-￠1.8毫米。如要特殊规格，可以另外重购筛筒。
